Women Driving ELASTIC: Despina Kopanaki on Leadership and Diversity

Women in STEAM bring diverse skills and perspectives that drive innovation and collaboration. In the ELASTIC project, they contribute across research, development, management, marketing, and coordination, playing a key role in shaping the project’s success.

Through this campaign, we will highlight the women behind ELASTIC, sharing their experiences and insights from different fields.

We begin with Despina Kopanaki, Project Manager at Technical University of Crete (TUC), who shares her perspective on leadership and diversity:
